Youth Committee Operation Procedures
The Youth Committee works to develop plans, strategies, and policies for submission to the MadNorSki board for the development and operations of youth programs and to assist MadNorSki in the operation of the youth programs consistent with MadNorSki bylaws and Safe Sport policies. Youth Committee meets on the 3rd Monday of the month (currently via Zoom) during the fall and winter months.
Current Members of the Youth Committee: Mike Collins (Chairperson and Juniors parent), Brenda Baker (volunteer coach for Juniors), Pam Felt (Junior coach and parent), Steve Gaffield (Trail Kids parent & coach), Brad Herrick (parent of junior skiers), Jonathan Hunter (Trail Kids coach, parent of Junior & Trail Kids skiers) Jacob Huseby (Juniors coach*), Helen Sarakinos (parent of Junior skier), Tamara Bryant (Executive Director*).
*Paid staff, not eligible to vote on committee issues
