Flew up to Minocqua for a half day of skiing at Winter Park. All the trails are still open. 34F Found amazing amount of snow still on the trails. Awesome conditions for skating with solid base and fresh corduroy on some of the trials-skied out on Lake Marie trail where there it hadn't been groomed for several days but still very good and fast!
Tracks were in excellent shape as well except for some areas of leaf debris and twiggs- same for skating.
Staff said they would definitely be open thru the weekend and try to stay open as long as snow holds out.
Maybe April skiing??
