For those of you with young skiers in the family, it is now time to sign up for a number of our youth winter programs! Registration is open to returning Junior & Trail Kids families, families currently enrolled in the youth fall rollerskiing program, and club members. The registration links are not active on the regular program page, but is listed at the bottom of this email. You will have until 7 am Monday, September 27 to register before our registration links are open to the public on our website program page. Please go to our program pages for further details.
If you have three or more children registered in our winter programs*, please email Tamara Bryant if you would like the 3+ Skier rebate check of $100. This is good for only 2 times/week and 4 times/week registrations (* Trail Kids M & W, MS Juniors, HS Juniors).
Open Winter Youth Programs:
Nordic Trail Kids (ages 7-11)
Our Nordic Kids program will be offered on two different days of the week this year to keep groups small. The times will be in the late afternoon – skiing when there is daylight! Skiers will need to be ready to ski without using the shelter and will meet their pod behind the shelter. For Trail Kids who want to ski more than one time a week, we also have an option for skiing two times a week!

Winter Juniors Program with Racing & Ski Outings (ages 10-18)
The Winter 12-week program offers superior training in both skate and classic techniques and incorporates agility, endurance, and strength training. Practices are held during the week and most weekends offer Wisconsin Nordic Ski League race opportunities or family-friendly ski outings to explore new areas and ski trails together. Practice location is Elver Park as well as other city or county parks with groomed trails like Odana Park and McCarthy Park. (See our Juniors Handbook for more information)
